Flavor Enhancers

"La Baleine" coarse sea salt.  Must have for steaks.  A little goes a long way.  Did I mention I love the crunch?  I think you're supposed to grind this stuff, but I had a massive ribeye at the Kirby House in Grand Haven, MI with big ole' chunks of salt and just loved it.

Potlatch Seasoning.  Salmon's best friend (or worst nightmare depending how you look at it... well, I guess bears are salmon's worst nightmare right?)  I use this on salmon or any variation (Sockeye, Steelhead, etc.).   Available exclusively at Williams-Sonoma.  The price has really gone up since we started purchasing this years ago, but still worth it.
